Janice Lindsay is one of Canada's leading colour designers. With a column in The Globe and Mail newspaper and a newly-published book, Janice is a sought-after colour consultant for residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
Born in England, Janice grew up in Stratford, Ontario, one of six children.
At the University of Toronto, Janice majored in art history while immersing herself in live music, film, and "socializing".
Janice grew up with theatre and began her work as a designer at the Stratford Festival. She went on to design sets and costumes across Canada.
Then came marriage, children, and a home in dowtown Toronto. Janice began styling for photographers and writing for House and Home magazine.
Theatre, styling and writing all cotributed to Janice's passion for colour and design collaborations and in 1995, she founded PINK colour & design.
